How it works

Coaching and consulting are offered in month-long cycles that combine live office hours sessions with asynchronous support.

Office hours

Sessions explore topic(s) to identify feedback needed, present materials and critique as a group.

Four weekly sessions per cycle.

Async support

Beyond the sessions, clients can request async reviews and feedback on emerging solutions and strategy.

Two hours per cycle.

Client responsibilities

Clients manage what teammates attend, what topics are on the agenda, and what materials are prepared for each session.

Prioritizing topics

Teams can prioritize session objectives, stakeholders, and topics during a first session as needed. There's a Figjam for that.
